In 2001, Kimberly began her tenure as Chief Operating Office for Christian International Ministries focused on organizational restructuring for which proposed goals and strategies were specifically designed to stimulate global interest in the organization, focus on donor development to increase financial support and stabilize operations. Subsequently, she was recruited by and served as President for USA BABY, a $100 million dollar franchise operation with over 60 units in the United States, Puerto Rico and Mexico. She serves and has served on various boards, advisory councils and committees: Visionary Council of Walton County Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s leadership program, Co-chair Mentor Committee; and the Board of Directors, Christian International School of Theology. She teaches leadership at Christian International School of Theology’s Ministry Training College and is a featured guest speaker at a variety of conferences, universities and women’s meetings. She has authored articles for various periodicals and has been featured in Oklahoma Woman magazine, which focused on the professional successes of “40-something” women.
Kimberly received her formal education in the areas of Political Science/Pre-Law from Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma, and holds a Bachelor of Ministry Degree from Christian International School of Theology. Kimberly and her husband, Bill, have two grown children and divide their time between residences and work in Dallas, Texas, Florida, and Washington, DC. Kimberly joined the Dunamis International Ministries Board in June 2008.

Kurt Pfotenhauer is Chief Executive Officer of the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association for the land title and abstract industry. ALTA’s 3,200 member companies close loans and provide title services to homeowners in every community in the U.S. and 93 countries worldwide.
Prior to joining ALTA in January 2008, Pfotenhauer was Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), a position he held since 2002. As the MBA’s chief lobbyist, he represented the mortgage industry on Capitol Hill and at the White House. He was responsible for policy formation, legislative and regulatory advocacy, and managing the association’s relationships with policymakers, industry allies, consumer groups, and the GSE’s. He testified before the U.S. Congress and was frequently quoted in The Washington Post, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal. He also has appeared on CNN, FOX News, PBS, and BBC. Pfotenhauer was twice named one of Washington’s top industry lobbyists by the influential insider newspaper, The Hill.
Prior to joining MBA, Pfotenhauer served as Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Gordon Smith (R, OR) and Vice President of Public Affairs for United Parcel Service. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a graduate degree from Yale University.

William M.(Bill) Thomas
CEO, CIBN WORKPLACE MINISTRIES William M. (Bill) Thomas is currently serving as CEO of CIBN Workplace Ministries, which was founded in 1985, and has served on the Board of Directors for 10 years. Since 1979, Bill has been involved in various aspects of both the banking and and investment industries. He was a Trust Officer with
Allied Bancshares of Texas and has held various positions with the investment banking firms of Integrated Resources Equity Corporation and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith.
Bill was a principal and Executive Vice President of corporate finance for the Solomon Companies. During his tenure, Solomon was the largest franchisee for a national restaurant chain with over 2,700 employees. His work experience includes mergers and acquisitions, consulting with international governments and funding for both public and private companies. He is involved in investment activities dealing with real estate, venture capital and operating businesses. Cross-pollinating experience, skill sets, and a genuine desire help organizations fulfill purpose, he also serves as a Director on various boards for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. He is a licensed minister with Christian International and holds a Bachelor of Business Arts degree in accounting and finance. Bill and his wife, Kimberly, have two grown children. They divide their time between residences and work in Dallas, Texas, Florida, and Washington, DC. Bill joined the Dunamis International Ministries Board in June 2008.
Nancy Mitchell Pfotenhauer
Nancy is a senior policy advisor with the McCain for President campaign and frequent political commentator on FOX news. She is the former President and C.E.O. of the Independent Women’s Forum (IWF). Nancy held this position from 2000-2005. She was Vice Chairman of IWF’s Board of Directors from 2005-2007. Ms. Pfotenhauer joined IWF after leaving Koch Industries (the largest
privately held company in the country with more than $90 billion in assets), where she was Director of the Washington, D.C. office.
A veteran television and radio commentator, Nancy has an uncanny ability to reduce difficult public policy issues to lively, easily understood and memorable subjects of discourse for television, cable and radio audiences. As a daily morning talk show host for NET (carried on cable and television networks nationwide), she made the case for free market policy solutions to problems facing the nation. Her television and cable appearances include segments on ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, FOX and PBS. This year, Washington Monthly magazine named Pfotenhauer and her husband one of the nation's top 60 “Power Couples.” In 2004, Washingtonian magazine named her one of the most important conservative leaders in the nation's capitol. In 1994, she appeared on the cover of National Journal, which referred to her as one of Washington's rising stars. Additionally, Pfotenhauer has been featured in Newsweek, George, the Washington Post and The Washington Times. In 2002, she was nominated by President George W. Bush to serve as a delegate to the United Nations' Commission on the Status of Women and served during the 46th session of the Commission. The Bush Administration also has appointed her to the National Advisory Committee on Violence Against Women. Additionally, she served on Cabinet-level advisory committees reporting directly to Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao and former Secretary of Energy Spencer Abraham. In total, Pfotenhauer has served as a cabinet-level advisor for four separate Executive branch departments (HHS, DOJ, DOE and DOL).
